Feb. 21: LVCA Meeting, 8pm, via Zoom

Police Update – The meeting will begin with an update by Captain Scott Linder and his staff from the Arlington Police Community Policing Team. This will include news on recent police activity in Lyon Village and Clarendon. As always, there will be an opportunity for Captain Linder to answer questions that folks have.

Fire Prevention – Captain Shawn Pendo from Fire Station 4 will discuss fire prevention in the home and community. Not only does Station 4 provide fire protection to Lyon Village, it also has a Medic Unit and Heavy Rescue Unit for handling all typles of emergencies in the community. Many people are not aware that over the years there have been a number of serious fires in Lyon Village, a couple causing serious injuries and fatalities. We want to do our best to make sure that this does not happen again in the future.

Just like other recent meetings, this will be a virtual meeting. You can use the following Zoom link to join the meeting: Meeting ID: 893 3457 4343 Passcode: 627316 Please plan to join the meeting by 7:55pm so we can start on time.
