E-CARE, Arlington's big spring drop-off pop-up event for household hazardous materials (HHM), old electronics, small metal items and more returns to Yorktown High School on Saturday, April 23 from 8:30am-3pm, Earth Day weekend.
Donated bicycles will be collected by Bikes for the World to provide healthy basic transportation for people overseas.
