Sally Bedell, a tenth grader who lives in Lyon Village, will be hosting a shoes drive for Soles 4 Souls on Saturday, April 30 from 1-4pm at the Lyon Village Park tennis courts. If this drop-off date isn’t convenient for you, there will be a box on the porch at 3142 18th Street North from now until the 30th! Soles 4 Souls collects shoes and clothing to provide relief, fight poverty, and protect the planet for everyone around the world. The gently-worn shoes will benefit entrepreneurs in places like Haiti and Honduras that help start and sustain small businesses
